What is a MMORPG?

NosTale is completely free of charge and it will remain that way even when after its release in Final version.
The download of the client software is free of charge. And, there are no subscription or any other time-based fees for playing the game.
Will there be a 'Char-Wipe' in the future?
No, there will be no char-wipe in the future. So cast out your fears and worries, for NosTale will never face another deletion of character information again.

How can I get help about NosTale?
NosTale has its own In-Game Guide that can help anyone learn more about NosTale.
To access this guide in-game, just click F12 on your keyboard or click the icon at the bottom right part of the screen.
Can I change my hair-style and -colour?
Yes, at the beginning your select your preferred looks. As you go on playing, however, you might opt to get a little change. Just look around and after a while youâll surely find some NPCs (Non-Player Characters) selling interesting and useful items in that regardâŠ
Can I develop my character into a different class?
Yes! All characters start as Adventurer. Characters can change their class and move to a new job after reaching the combat level of 15 and the job level of 20.
What are Specialists?
Specialists are temporary jobs of your character. While retaining your own level and skills, you will gain the additional skills of the assumed Specialist to undertake even fiercer battles or hitherto unknown activities. In effect, this offers you to play all sorts of classes or jobs for just some time and later decide to try out some other onesâŠ
I can't take a new quest! Help!
The reason quests may no longer be accepted is that there is a limit to how many quests you can have at a time. You are allowed to have open 1 Main Story quest and up to 5 sub quests at a time. If your quest log is filled up you are unable to get anymore quests until you finish or abandon some of your quests.
What is the Mini-Land all about?
Every character possesses an own and private Mini-Land where he/she can do various activities for him-/herself or together with friends. Those activities include amongst others: training your NosMates, inviting friends, decorating your house.
You can reach your Mini-Land via the portal in the South-Eastern corner of NosVille, which is displayed with a house icon on the NosVille mini-map.
What are NosMates?
Your character can be accompanied by both one pet and one NPC comrade at any time; the threesome together being called NosMates.
In your Mini-Land you can house and train even many more of those useful fellows.
How do I get NosMates?
Easier said than done: Simply capture monsters which can possibly be captured and turn them into your private pet! And / or make friends with NPCs which you meet in raids and convince them to follow youâŠ
Can I create potions myself?
Yes, you can! Obviously, it requires a fair amount of the correct ingredients, but youâll work that out by yourself over timeâŠ
